Privacy Policy
This page explains what the platform stores about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we store
A device identifier kept in your browser, your account ID and language preference, which games you launched and your in-game saves, a record of purchases, and ordinary server logs that include your IP address and the region derived from it.
Why we store it
To give you an account without forcing you to sign up, to deliver what you paid for, to apply regional availability rules, and to detect abuse. We do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in, a language cookie remembers your choice, and the device identifier lives in your browser local storage. Clearing them signs you out — and for a guest account with no email attached, it can make the account unreachable.
Who else sees it
Payment channels receive what they need to process a payment; card numbers never reach us. Game developers receive your in-game account ID and your saves for their game, not your email. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
Attach an email and password if you want an account you can recover. To request deletion of an account and its data, contact support with your player ID. Logs and payment records are kept only as long as needed to run the service and meet accounting obligations.
